TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations are guaranteed through a down payment, of 30% of the total value of your stay, which cannot be lower than one day’s rent. Non-refundable offers require prepayment of the total accommodation cost at the time of booking, non-refundable in cases of cancellation. In cases of bank transfer any payment or prepayment must be made within 3 working days from the time of booking for the reservation to be valid. Otherwise, bookings are cancelled.
The balance of the total accommodation cost takes place 7 days before your arrival through bank transfer. All the above payments are required for the reservation to be valid.
If you choose to make your reservation in our website (https://ariadnestudios.reserve-online.net ) through credit card, you give your authorization for the use of all the necessary credit card information for the completion of your booking (downpayment and/or prepayment).
Credit card information are gathered solely for the purpose of your booking (downpayment and/or prepayment) in accordance with the new EU Regulation on personal data (GDPR https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=uriserv:OJ.L_.2016.119.01.0001.01.ENG )
Rates include all applicable taxes, except government tax (1.50€/night/room) which is paid at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy (if not otherwise specified during the booking and agreement procedure)
Cancellations announced to ARIADNE 22 days prior to arrival, receive complete refund, with the exception of non-refundable offers. Cancellations occurring less than 21 days prior to arrival are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 30% of the total accommodation cost. Cancellations occurring less than 14 days prior to arrival are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 50% of the total accommodation cost. Cancellations occurring less than 7 days prior to arrival, are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 100% of the total accommodation cost.
Cancellation Policy- 2 days length of stay (if not otherwise specified during the booking and agreement procedure)
In cases of 2 days’ durations of stay, cancellations announced to ARIADNE until 22 days prior to arrival date receive complete refund, with the exception of non-refundable offers. Cancellations occurring between 21 days and 7 days prior to arrival date are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 50% of the total cost.
Cancellations occurring in less than 7 days prior to arrival date are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 100% of the total cost.
Partial Cancellation- Compensation Fee
In cases of partial cancellation, a compensation fee equal to the 50% of the booking rate for the number of days cancelled will be charged (after the balance of the down payment paid in time of booking).
No-show Compensation Fee
If your reservation is guaranteed and you don’t arrive at the date agreed, the room(s) remain(s) at your disposal until the day following your specified arrival date and the departure hour set by the hotel. In case of no-show, you are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 100% of the accommodation cost. Exceptions to the above constitute cases of proven emergency or unforeseen circumstances (after the balance of the down payment paid in time of booking).
Check-in time begins at 15:00. The arrival day is normally included in the day’s rent regardless of the arrival time.
Check-Out time is at 11:00. Departure after 11:00 and until 18:00, is charged with 50% of the day’s rent, whereas after 18:00 the total for the day is charged.
Reservation Modification or Cancellation from the Hotel
In cases that reservations appear to have resulted from or include mistakes, as well as when the guest(s) has engaged in inappropriate or fraudulent activities, the hotel reserves the right to modify or even cancel them.
Guests are responsible for any damage made in and to the hotel by themselves, their guests, their staff or any other person for whom they are responsible for (damages made to property, furniture, objects, etc).
Liability on losses
The hotel cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of any object brought in the hotel by the guests, their party, guests or staff, or when the loss, damage or destruction is due to exceptional circumstances.
Inability of Service Delivery
In the event that the hotel is unable to accommodate guests during the agreed dates due to mechanical, electronical or human error, or in unforeseen circumstances, the hotel will make efforts to accommodate guests, for the specified dates, at a comparable hotel of the area and will pay any difference in room rates that may exist as well as the cost of transportation to that hotel. If the above cannot be ensured, the hotel compensates guests with the agreed value of stay.
